COMPANY DRIVER
Job Overview:
As a Company Driver at FLST Logistics, you are the backbone of our operations—in charge of transporting goods safely and efficiently on time. Your role contributes directly to our commitment to punctual service and customer satisfaction. Operating States: GA, FL, SC, NC, AL, TN
Key Responsibilities:
Transport Goods: Safely transport freight to and from specified destinations, ensuring timely deliveries in line with set schedules.
Maintain Vehicle: Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance on the company vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition.
Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery logs, freight bills, and vehicle inspection reports, accurately and promptly.
Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients during delivery and pickup, representing FLST Logistics with courtesy and respect.
Adhere to Regulations: Follow all federal, state, and local DOT regulations and safety standards to promote a safe driving environment.
Problem Solving: Handle unforeseen challenges, such as traffic delays or vehicle issues, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
Must be willing and ready to RUN the ROAD in all operating states listed above.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
TWIC Card preferred
Minimum of [2 years] driving experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with Overweight Loads

Business Management: Manage all aspects of your trucking business, including budgeting, billing, and maintaining accurate records of trips, expenses, and profits.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your truck is well-maintained and complies with all DOT regulations. Schedule regular inspections and repairs to guarantee safety and reliability.
Compliance: Adhere to all federal and state regulations, including hours-of-service requirements, weight restrictions, and other operational guidelines.
Load Management: Securely load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage and guarantee timely arrivals.
Route Planning: Utilize navigational technology and logistics software to determine efficient routes and avoid delays, optimizing time and fuel consumption.
Qualifications:
